New snow
- Above 1,400 m
In places where more snow falls danger level 3 (considerable) may be reached in the evening. The old snowpack remains quite weakly bonded. The snowpack will be in most cases subject to considerable local variations. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular adjacent to ridgelines and in gullies and bowls in all aspects above approximately 1800 m.

Individual small and medium-sized natural avalanches are possible. Wind slabs can in isolated cases be released, even by a single winter sport participant.
In some cases the various wind slabs have bonded poorly with each other and the old snowpack. They can be released in isolated cases especially at their margins.
