These snow patches will be on high coire rims and gullies. Any new snow deposits will be minimal and insignificant. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: The very strong South-East winds will lower in strength overnight, veer through South becoming moderate West- North-West. There will be light showers thought the period with some sleet and snow on the highest tops. The freezing level will remain above summit levels at first then lower steadily overnight and be around 900 metres. Observed Weather Influences: It has been a dry day with strong South-East winds.
