Avalanche Activity

Wind slabs and wet snow represent the main danger.

As a consequence of warming during the day, the likelihood of wet avalanches being released will increase gradually in all regions. In all aspects small and medium-sized avalanches are possible. Gliding avalanches are possible. Avalanches can as before be released, in particular by large loads.

Snowpack Structure

The weather conditions as the day progresses will give rise to moistening of the snowpack over a wide area.

Tendency

The weather will be partly cloudy over a wide area.
