Several days of strong winds have developed slabs to two feet on lee slopes at upper and mid elevations.These slabs could be triggered today by backcountry users in steep starting zones and cliff areas.Pockets of one foot slabs could be triggered at low elevations in steep starting zones. Due to safety concerns, including artillery fire and explosives use, the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is closed to backcountry users.
