The last storm cycle does not appear to have delivered the precip we hoped for. Generally speaking, its still pretty thin cover on the terrain that was un-skiable before the storm. Wind transport is playing a pretty big role in conditions right now with some areas still having an exposed bulletproof crust while new snow depth was up to a foot in some wind loaded gullies. The prevailing wind was generally out of the southwest and most of the wind loading was on N to NE aspects. Overall, I found about 5" to be a pretty standard depth in most of the wind loaded areas with a definite dust on crust feel. Stomp testing several of these wind loaded pockets showed no reactivity.
