Large avalanche, possible remote trigger, we noticed some people on snowmobiles somewhat close by. The crown didn't look too deep, likely snow from the most recent storm.

A group was snowmobiling on the ridge above, around the time that this avalanche ran. We are estimating that they found an area where the snowpack thinned and remotely triggered the avalanche.
