Snowpack
This was a road tour viewing avalanches.
I talked to a skier who had found good corn skiing on the south face of Purple and a little more variable conditions on the east face of Mineral Point. They said they started with Mineral, dropping in around 9:45am.

The natural avalanche cycle has begun. Several small wet loose avalanches running on surface crusts, several gouging wet loose avalanches entraining the wet snowpack, and a couple of wet slabs that were triggered by wet loose avalanches from above.
