Observed widespread cracking below 8000 ft and very heavy, wet snow. We were absolutely soaked. Triggered several D0.5 soft slabs on small rollovers on low angle ne/e facing terrain we skied. These were slow moving and predictable in this kind of terrain. Observed several larger avalanches with large debris piles above/below the Wally’s exit. Also observed a large brown below the breakneck face from the 4 pines bootpack. Natural trigger, 250+ foot wide crown running along the lower cliff band. Winds were absolutely ripping up there and the snow above 8500 ft was very wind affected.

Observed from 4 pines boot pack. Crown ran along entire cliff band, 250+ feet wide (visibility was limited due to high winds and heavy snowfall so could not see debris pile)
