Quick report

The surface was very crunchy, with very soft snow beneath. As new snow falls, I suspect this will lead to poor adhesion on wind swept surfaces.

Avalanche

Gullies along both sides of the trail showed lots of recent dry loose activity all along the south face of the mo. Few of them reached all the way into the gully channel. Many small windswept cornices on the western aspect.
