Avalanche

Upper Roman mustache rime chute, SW aspect, 10200'. Wet slab. Surface was moist, but without deep ski pen, so was surprised by this. Slab roughly 1' deep with firm bed surface. I was luckily able to arrest on this surface and not go for the long ride. Debris ran about 1400' to the bottom of the mustache over multiple open crevasses. If I had been carried it could easily have been fatal. Estimated size between 1 and 2, unsure. Also saw an icefall-triggered slab (pictured) and sloughing in steep n terrain from riders on Colfax and Coleman headwall
