Triggered a good size wind slab today. We were on the way back from our ride and played around the lost lakes area for a little. No signs of instability throughout the ride up to this point. We started early and the sun was just starting to show. Slab broke pretty deep but didn’t travel very far. Terrain below the wind loaded area was pretty low angle. Scary few moments, no doubt. A good reminder that conditions change and to make good decisions.
