Pebble Creek Ski Area

Lots of whumpfing. The new storm snow from last weekend ended with high water content and higher temperatures. That snow sitting on top of the facets from early Thanksgiving week storms, created a lot of collapsing. The top layer was extremely challenging to ski, a breakable refrozen crust. Lots of large whumpfs, from flatter terrain to any convexity whether that be a creek bed or rollover.
