Quick report
Rollerballs and uphill slab was popped about 2-300’ below summit block of Jove. Snow was noticeably heavier once above 5600’ on Jove. No signs of instability prior during tour.
Avalanche
Triggered slabs off of summit of south face of Jove peak until roughly 5400’. Slabs were isolated to about length of ski and were about 4” deep. Slabs ran for approximately 50-100’. Began decent around 1:20pm.
