Snowpack

There was around 1 to 1.5 inches of new snow from yesterday. The warm temps and light rain that occurred yesterday formed a 2nd soft crust capping the weak facets on northerly facing slopes. At 10,000ft feet around this area, the most concerning snowpack existed on northerly-facing slopes, where a couple of soft crusts are capping weak 2mm fist-hard facets. East and west aspects had variable snowpack coverage at this elevation and southerly-facing slopes were dry.
