Quick report
No avalanches observed. Boot penetration of my cross country ski boot at 4500 feet was mid shin. Snow pack was soft and moist. There was no precipitation until about 11 AM when it begin misting with a light rain. By 1 PM the rain became moderate. There was a thick fog cloud layer up to about 4000 feet, above that visibility was good at maybe 5+ miles and overcast above it. Temperature was above freezing all day.
