Was solo so stayed low. Obvious instability from the start, 6-10” snow over knife hard, variable-to-aspect (all) wind/sun crust supported by faceting snow at the top of the previous storm cycle. Any slope at all shot and cracked with near every step. Whoompfing and collapsing with near every step.
