Quick report

Day off afternoon dog walk:

  • Noted hand full of natural loose-dry that ran in rocky SE terrain and triggered small soft slabs.
  • Saw one large (D2) soft slab avalanche that failed on SE slope. 
  • Solar aspect were moist up into upper-elevations
  • NW aspect was dry at mid- and upper-elevations
Loose dry sluffs and some soft slabs. Minimal cracking at upper elevations.
