Quick report

Today’s tour had few avalanche observations of note. The main concerns were preexisting cornices, mainly on NE/E facing slopes, and evidence of roller balls from previous days. We noticed no new roller ball activity despite warm temperatures and high sun exposure. Weather today was warm and sunny with a high of 50° and minimal clouds. Light winds from the south. Snow conditions were stable but poor for skiing due to evidence of freeze thaw cycles from warmer daytime temps and cold nights.
