Recent storm snow was very damp on east through north east facing low and mid elevation slopes at 9am. On descent at 11am a crust had formed on these aspect at low elevation. Did not observe significant wind impact. Winds were calm and except on ridgline where they were moderate.
ECTN23 about 20cm down and above the dust layer at 7400ft NE slope.
