McKenzie Butte

Skinned up to 6000ft on a SW aspect. Weather: Very light snowfall and light SW winds with occasional gusts. Snowpack: Total snow depth ranged from 170cm - 180cm. 70cm of soft snow from the current storm cycle sitting on top of a crust at the old snow interface in a right side up fashion. Jumping on small test slopes did not produce any results. No obvious signs of instability.
