Quick report
AAS Rec 1 toured from Glen Alps into the base of Little O’Malley to dig some snow pits. Strong snowpack observed, with depths ranging from 30-165cms. SW pit at 2,230ft got CTN and ECTX. The surface hoar observed in the trees of the flats are getting out of hand !!! (Literally) The day started out sunny with some increasing clouds and eventually some small snowflakes started to fall around 3pm. Moderate winds from the E/SE.
