Quick report

HS 64cm HSN 40 cm Weak layer down 25cm within new snow. 15 cm firmer snow on the surface ( suspected temp change) Upside down snowpack and very difficult to ride. CT 5 SC down 15 cm (under density change) CT 7 SC down 25cm CT 6 SC down 25cm ( second small column test) ECTP 7 down 25cm We skied the slope, we were surprised how challenging the upside down snow was to ride. We rode some steep pockets, we were surprised at the lack of results while riding. Lots of shooting cracks and spider cracks, no cohesive slab had formed yet. No avalanches observed. I found lots of rocks. Riders need to keep their speed up to stay on the snow surface, adding another element of travel difficulty.
