Avalanche was remotely triggered while skiing a lower angle ridge skiers left of the main bowl. Approximately 1 foot deep , was not able to inspect crown which extended laterally across the steep break over, 35 plus degrees, of the central portion of the bowl. A similar but larger slide was triggered remotely at this same location on December 31, 2024. Today's slide lacked enough energy to make it across the flats and into the trees and probably was 2 to 3 feet deep in the lower portion of the bowl.
