- <p>We pulled out two small/medium sized wind pockets in the small trees/gullies adjacent to the "main" shot (skiing those due to better viz) that were cross loaded from micro-ribs. Easily avoided, but still enough snow moving to pull one over something if not avoided. </p>
Snowpack

- <p>the wind was surprisingly strong and the snow surprisingly good up there so there was good transport-ability, and it manifested itself in us pulling out shallow (<1 foot) windslabs. No pics due to low/no viz. </p>
A bit dense due to the wind and mild temps. Getting some rime mid-afternoon, but didn't seem to affect the snow quality/characteristics (more the goggle/visual quality).
