Weather

Calm BTL, very windy at ridgetop. There was snow moving but intense transport seemed to be previous, likely Saturday night.

Snowpack

Slabs are 30 to 35 cm thick below treeline. Although the slab is soft (4F), it is cohesive and capable of communicating a fracture. The slab gets thicker and harder as I went up in elevation. Drifted slopes have a two-foot thick continuous slab.

Avalanche

I intentionally, remotely triggered three smallish avalanches. I also triggered one large avalanche in a prominent path by skiing down the lower-angle bridge.
