Points saillants
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. Dense slabs up to four feet in depth exist on a variety of steep wind loaded slopes at all elevations. These slabs lie upon slick crusts and weak layers of faceted snow. Skiers and high marking riders have triggered these slabs. Some were nearly caught. Use caution and avoid known avalanche paths, steep banks and gullies.
