Points saillants
Hard slabs to 3 feet in depth exist on a variety of elevations and aspects. These slabs lie on old crusts and faceted snow and the potential continues to exist for backcountry users to trigger such slabs on steep slopes particularly in rocky terrain and cliff areas.
