Points saillants
At the mid and upper elevations pockets of dense slab to three feet in depth persist on steep wind loaded aspects and in cliff areas. These slabs could be human triggered especially as temperatures rise later in the day . Yesterday the Wyoming Department of Transportation was able to trigger a two foot deep slab with explosives on the Beaverslide avalanche path on the west side of Teton Pass. Wet slides are possible on steep sunlit aspects at all elevations as temperatures warm.
