Forecast Snow Stability: Good stability in all locations. Moist but well bonded snow on any sun exposed aspects. Large cornices over selected East facing locations will moisten over the course of the day. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Snowpack Structure

Forecast Weather Influences: No precipitation is forecast. Generally cold. Light to moderate Southerly winds. Observed Weather Influences: Dry throughout. Cold overnight but temperatures eased a little during the day. Persistently cold in the shade but milder on sun exposed aspects. Light Southerly winds. ObservedSnowStability: Well bonded snowpack. Softer surface snow later after the sun had done its work on East and South aspects. Large cornices over selected East aspects moistened later. The avalanche hazard is Low.
