Avalanche Activity

The weather will be mostly sunny.

The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular on shady slopes at elevated altitudes. Mostly small avalanches are possible in particular on steep shady slopes. Avalanches can be released, mostly by large loads in isolated cases.

Snowpack Structure

Outgoing longwave radiation during the night will be good. The surface of the snowpack will freeze to form a strong crust and will soften during the day. On sunny slopes no snow is lying.

Tendency

Further warming. The weather will be exceptionally warm.
