Avalanche Activity

The mostly small wind slabs must be evaluated with care and prudence in particular on steep shady slopes.

The wind slabs can be released, especially by large additional loads,. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular adjacent to ridgelines and in gullies and bowls. As a consequence of warming, the likelihood of moist small and medium sized avalanches being released will increase gradually in particular on steep sunny slopes.

Snowpack Structure

The weather conditions will give rise to moistening of the snowpack. In steep terrain there is a danger of falling on the hard snow surface. In some regions only a little snow is lying.

Tendency

The weather will be sunny.
