A minor storm will move through today but won't change avalanche conditions much. In general, the avalanche danger remains LOW and human triggered avalanches are unlikely.

Current Conditions: Riding conditions are generally poor with a mix of crusts and firm snow. You can find areas where the surface has consistent soft snow which makes for nice riding. Wind has remained light from the south and is just now switching around from the northwest. Temperatures remain very mild with highs on Friday into the low to mid 30s and overnight lows in the mid 20s.

Mountain Weather: There is a storm system moving through today but it's not going to bring much snow to the Skyline. I'm expecting a trace to maybe a couple of inches if we're lucky. Temperatures are going to remain fairly warm during today's event then colder air moves in tonight and will last into next week. Wind will be from the northwest in the light to moderate speed category increasing later this afternoon. The longer term outlook still remains grim with really no significant storms on the horizon.
