Avalanche Summary

Although the danger is LOW, there are places where you could find a thinner area in the snowpack and trigger a slide. You can further reduce your chances of triggering an avalanche by riding on homogeneous slopes with over five feet of snow that do not have obvious trigger points. You should continue to practice good travel techniques, carry rescue equipment, and travel with a trusted partner exposing only one person at a time to hazards.
