The weather report and anticipated change in the avalanche danger are uncertain. As a consequence of warming during the day, the likelihood of moist and wet avalanches being released will increase quickly. They can in some cases be released by small loads and reach medium size. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular at the base of rock walls and adjacent to ridgelines and in gullies and bowls. Backcountry tours should be concluded timely.

Some rain will fall in some localities. This applies below approximately 2000 m. The weather conditions will cause a weakening of the snowpack. The surface of the snowpack will freeze to form a strong crust only at high altitudes and will soften quickly. In some regions only a little snow is lying on south facing slopes.
