Points saillants
Slabs 1 to 3 feet deep in the starting zones persist and COULD BE HUMAN TRIGGERED on steep wind loaded slopes today. Groups of skiers or snowboarders or a snowmobile could more easily trigger these slabs. At lower elevations isolated pockets of shallow slab are possible on steeper slopes or road cuts.
