Points saillants
At the mid and upper elevation slabs up to two feet in depth lie upon weak layers comprised of faceted snow and slick old snow surfaces. These slabs could be human triggered on steep wind loaded avalanche prone terrain. Avalanches are unlikely at the lower elevations.
