The conditions are generally favourable.
Wind slabs are to be found especially adjacent to ridgelines and in gullies and bowls and generally at elevated altitudes. These can in isolated cases be released, mostly by large loads. In many places there is a danger of falling on the hard snow surface.
The snowpack will be quite stable. Sunshine and high temperatures gave rise to consolidation of the snowpack in all altitude zones. In particular at elevated altitudes snow depths vary greatly, depending on the infuence of the wind. At low and intermediate altitudes only a little snow is lying.
The avalanche danger will persist.
