Points saillants
The general avalanche hazard is LOW above 9,000 feet and MODERATE below that elevation. At the highest elevations air temperatures fell below freezing after midnight and were dropping into the 20's early this morning. These cooler temperatures will re-freeze the snow surfaces and lesser the potential for wet slides to occur. At lower elevations (below 9,000 feet) the snowpack either briefly froze or did not freeze overnight. Dangerous wet slides are possible on steep slopes with deep snow. This is our last advisory of this season. Thank you for your observations and support!!!
