Salt River and Wyoming Ranges

Temperatures in the mountains dropped into the low 30's overnight. Snow covered valley locations are colder. Crusts that formed overnight are expected to soften early. The avalanche hazard will be LOW in the early morning hours, increase to MODERATE in the morning and to CONSIDERABLE by midday. Wet loose and wet slab avalanches could be human triggered or release naturally on steep slopes after snow surfaces soften.
