Points saillants
Isolated pockets of soft slab up to 18 inches in depth exist in some upper elevation starting zones. These slabs lie upon slick crusts and could be human triggered on steep wind loaded slopes and in cliff areas. Shallower isolated pockets of soft slab could be triggered in very steep mid elevation starting zones. Avalanches are unlikely at the lower elevations.
