Points saillants
Soft slabs up to two feet in depth formed by southwest to west winds exists on leeward aspects at the mid and upper elevations. These slabs lie upon light density snow and slick hard crusts. Last nights winds and new snow further loaded these slabs. Humans who venture into steep wind loaded starting zones could trigger these slabs today. Warm temperatures and rain could cause wet slides on steep snow covered slopes at the lower elevations.
