Avalanche Summary

Avalanche conditions are generally safe. Watch for isolated areas of dense, drifted snow directly beneath ridgelines and on the sides of gully features at upper elevations. Although unlikely, there is a chance you can trigger an avalanche that breaks deeper into the snowpack. These avalanches are more likely on north through east to south-facing slopes. Be careful if you are riding above terrain traps like rocks, trees, or cliffs. Consider the consequences of getting caught by a slide before you commit to riding a slope.
