Avalanche Summary

Conditions are generally safe. Identify previously wind-drifted spots by looking for a harder or hollow-sounding snow surface or cracking in the surface snow. You are most likely to see signs of wind-loading directly below ridgelines or near abrupt convex rollovers. If you trigger an avalanche, it will be small and harmless unless you are above a terrain trap.
