Avalanche Summary

Most slopes are safe from avalanches, primarily due to disappearing snow coverage. However, if you find yourself sinking into wet snow on a steep rocky slope later in the day, you could trigger a small wet slide. Even a small wet slide will be hard to escape, so be careful above cliffs or steep ravines. Start and end your day early to further reduce your danger.
