Points saillants

The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. Pockets of shallow slab persist in steep wind loaded starting zones at the highest elevations while warm temperatures at all elevations have weakened the snowpack. Humans could trigger avalanches today on steep slopes which are underlain by weak faceted snow.
