Points saillants
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. Dense slabs to two feet in depth exist on steep wind loaded aspects. These slabs could be human triggered and have the potential to pull out deeper weak layers. The hazard will increase as the day warms. Wet slides are possible at all elevations on steep sunlit aspects after significant warming occurs. Avoid steep banks, roadcuts, gullies, cliff areas and avalanche prone terrain after the snow surface has softened.
