Avalanche Summary

Weird warm windy weather continues to keep avalanche conditions elevated. Obvious signs of instability are waning, but don't let your guard down, as you could still trigger a large and dangerous avalanche, from a distance or from below. The most dangerous slopes face northwest, north, northeast, and east, which are slow to adjust and hold deeper, more connected slabs in the alpine.

For safer travel, simply avoid avalanche terrain altogether, including runout zones, and stick to slopes less than about 30 degrees steep.
