Avalanche Summary

New snow and strong winds created cohesive slabs on slopes generally facing the eastern half of the compass. Expect to find wind-drifted snow in unusual places and lower down in the terrain than you might expect. If you encounter firm, hollow, wind-drifted snow, avoid traveling on slopes much steeper than about 35 degrees.
