Avalanche Activity

Moist small and medium sized avalanches are the main danger.

In particular on very steep grassy slopes individual mostly small moist and wet avalanches are possible. The avalanche danger will increase a little during the day. In many places there is a danger of falling on the icy crust.

Snowpack Structure

The snowpack will be subject to considerable local variations. The weather conditions gave rise to gradual consolidation of the snowpack in particular at intermediate and high altitudes. The meteorological conditions will foster a slight weakening of the snowpack in the late morning in particular on sunny slopes.
