Points saillants

The general avalanche hazard is CONSIDERABLE today. Above freezing overnight temperatures and rain showers have created unstable conditions. DANGEROUS wet slabs and loose wet avalanches are possible in steep terrain. These slides could release on buried layers of weak faceted snow or the ground surface.
